Whats the difference between this and the rpha1n?

I like this series on helmets, thanks for taking the time to put it together.

I bought myself a T9 and a T18 and I use them for cycling (road and trail riding). I kept wearing out cheaper back packs - broken zips, clips etc. I ride every day in all weathers. Apart from the superbly heavy duty build quality, Kriega's trump card is the way the weight of the bag is very evenly spread across the back and shoulders. I ride for hours with just lightweight cycling clothing and these bags induce very little in the way of fatigue or chafing so if you're wearing any sort of decent motorcycle jacket, you'll barely notice these bags are on your back. Spend the money on high quality and don't bother with cheaper bags.

Great video as always. I’m a big and tall rider with a big head so I struggle to find helmets that fit. No one makes content on gear for big/tall riders so it would be nice to see a video on best helmets for big heads for example. I have a big head and I’m stuck with the HJC CL-SP (3XL) as I don’t have many options

Does this show the speed limit like any other gps device?

I bought a c5 and sold it after a week, the visor kept coming down when it felt like it and the locking strap was short / tight and a faf, horrible helmet.

Hey just bought a helmet from you guys, size xs. Doesnt seem to be too snug but also doesnt move about too much on my head... Problem is it feels like its shorter than any other helmet i tried so far. It seems to sit higher at the back of my head than any other helmets i tried in the same size, at the front too the mesh is level with my chin or just a tiny bit above the bottom. No idea if this is okay or not?

Your comment about the headlights surprise me. I feel that my 800DE has terrible lights. The high beam extremely narrow and when going into corners can’t see anything. Just got new auxiliary lights which I need to install.

What about doing a review of safety ratings for short summer boots? I've been looking for a safe pair of summer sneakers or ride & hike boots but past mentioning that they're CE rated or that they've ankle or heal armour, the full information isn't there. Perhaps include a snap of the CE label in the imagery?

The device itself is just about perfect in terms of size, visibility, battery life and functionality I want from a navigation device that I’m going to use on a bike The routing ability in the app however is shockingly poor. It’s fast route from me down to the Eurotunnel at Folkestone takes 30 mins longer using Beeline’s fast routing as opposed to Apple Maps ir Google Maps - because it will never use the M26 and M20 As the video highlighted it’s also dangerous to use the speed limit warning - it’s more often wrong than right and I’ve seen it displaying 60 in a 20. It also holds 30s for miles into nationals

really need both the smx air textile and this one the smx waterproof textile to cover the short rides to the shops and then a really thin spray jacket, then your leather casual, leather sport, the track day full suit, 8 pairs of different boots, 9 pairs of gloves, 4 helmets, denim jeans, leather jeans, and a neck scarf

I put out te visor with less effort and cleaned it perferctly. After i attached it i had to clean it again. The visor system is not user friendly. But anyway, good explanation... Thanks for your video.. But no thanks to shoei.

It needs a 4th option of front light only, so a passenger doesn’t have to see the drivers brake light.

Do you have any recommendations on how to wash the jacket, like with hands or can i toss it in the washing mashine and does the water protection layer need special care in terms of cleaning?

This week it saved me for 3th time. People where surprised in am in such good shape after a week. I use all 3 settings. So i expierianst it on race track and now this last weekend in Adventure mode. Now i have to contact shop for a look to the system by in&motion. Curious how long that will take. It is a have must for save driving. It is easy and comfortable to wear. Hello from New Zealand, I ride a Triumph Thunderbird 1600cc, bought a pair of these and love them, as you say more protection than a tour boot, as have a dropped left foot they also help you walk better, better feel, and makes for better confidence when riding or when stationary, great for walking in too, the height is great, highly recommend for cruiser style bikes

Nice summary review, I would like to echo your advice that the helmet which is best for you is the one which fits best. I have just been through the process of buying a new full face touring helmet and based on what reviewers would suggest a helmet from Shoei, Schuberth or HJC would seem a logical starting point as they are suggested to be the best!. So after visiting a shop and trying on many helmets I found the Shoei and Schuberth helmets didn't fit right, the HJC was probably the better fit. So I decided to ignore opinion on reviews and spend a morning trying on many helmets from different manufacturers and eventually settled on the Shark Spartan GT Carbon, for me the fit was snug but comfortable and it looks good too, until I visited a shop this wasn't on my radar. In conclusion don't buy of reviews only use them as a guide, make your own decision. PS, I do enjoy your kit reviews.

Ls2 advant x Carbon to me , I think is the more intelligent confortable not to heavy helmet for every day around 1 hrs ride , specially summer time in London !

I am so close to pulling the trigger on the Krios but would like the Arai... Reason? I need a solution for sun visor or sun blocking... I'm coming from owning 3 models of Schuberth; c3Pro, c4 and now c5. Arai has just no options. If you can get a photo chromatic visor solution, I would buy an Arai... Anyway, its Krios for me.

Bought A*s mesh jacket, haven't got a chance to wear it this summer in Ireland, if we can call it summer...today was 10 degrees in the morning, so far the warmest morning I had to commute this year lol

Well, you completely missed the LS2 Advant (X) which has a flipfront like no other with P/J homologation and is available in carbon too.

have tries the LS2 advant but chin strap is to short on side its on the helmet....went for the nolan N120-1 and fits perfect with build in N-com 951...perfect match🎉

Got one of these. Not bad but had one from aliexpress before and to be honest… it was way better. Better battery life, better sound quality and easier to use. It was a fodsports what was 30% of the Ucom price.

The route to start function is for training, mainly for cyclists who have training routes given to rhem by coaches. Why you want that on a motorcycle i have no clue.

Just bought the Advant x carbon. Disappointed with the Titanium colour as it was lighter than the Internet Images I was attracted to. Great helmet though however only one gripe, it's a bitch to strap..I've never had a helmet that I struggle with to strap as they twist, I lose left grip as I'm trying to insert and the chin material gets in the way..

is this helmet safe for uk roads? like approved and everything

i own the nolan and its surprisingly quiet, considering i come from the n100-5 so the flip up version , and also it has almost no flex when closing so it does not change the pressure on your cheaks
